A range of ICT procurement frameworks are available from the four-hub NHS procurement partnership

NHS trusts and health organisations looking to source a range of technological solutions such as hardware, software, IT systems and services can access a suite of procurement frameworks from the four NHS procurement hub collaboration, of which NHS North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC) is a member.

Many of the frameworks have been endorsed as optimal routes to market by NHS England, providing you with reassurance that the vendors on these frameworks meet the minimum standards you expect.

NHS Procurement in Partnership is made up of NOE CPC, East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub, NHS London Procurement Partnership and NHS Commercial Solutions, with their ICT frameworks covering a range of clinical and non-clinical software, hardware and services.

Members of any of the hubs across the partnership can access any of these ICT frameworks for free.

Across the country, NHS PiP has a team of category experts and procurement specialists with a wealth of experience and insight to help our members deliver solutions to their complex commissioning challenges.

We have an in-depth understanding of the supply market, making sure our customers have consistent access to cost-effective, best-in-class products and services.?

NHS PiP works together to pool resources, reduce duplication in the market and deliver best value to our NHS colleagues.

We work as an extension of our members’ teams to deliver over £100 million of savings to the NHS each year.

As an NHS partnership, any cash-releasing savings stay within the NHS so it can be reinvested on the frontline where it’s needed most.

NHS England (NHSE) has endorsed 13 of NHS PiP’s ICT agreements as part of its guidance to help simplify the digital and IT framework landscape, remove duplication, and reduce costs.

NHSE’s endorsements aim to make the procurement process simpler by assisting buyers who might have to choose from multiple framework agreements for similar products or services.

Our frameworks have been endorsed as part of NHSE’s six pillar approach – which has been devised to sub-categorise the varied products and services in the digital landscape.

They have been grouped together based on their function and supplier market capabilities.

NHS England is recommending that buyers should use these frameworks, including those available across the NHS PiP suite, for all digital buying to support and encourage best practice and innovation in the market and to help cut unnecessary transaction costs.

Those using the endorsed frameworks will benefit from support and guidance from NHSE through its Digital Category Strategy and Policy Hub.

You can see a full list of frameworks available across NHS PiP here. To access any of the agreements, speak to your local NHS PiP hub using the contact details on the flyer.
