Digital healthcare consulting and technology services company Cloud21 has announced the acquisition of Microsoft Gold Partner, BDS Solutions.
Through the acqusition, Cloud21 will deepen its established managed services offerings to support health and care IT operations to optimise technology infrastructure and improve staff experience.

Since 1994, BDS Solutions has earned a reputation as a Microsoft Gold Partner, providing specialist IT integration and support services to the NHS.
Its flagship solution, Directory Manager, relieves NHS IT teams of potential identity management issues for joiners, movers and leavers within Active Directory and email messaging platforms.
Today, Directory Manager is responsible for the management and integration of 500,000 user accounts, which makes up 40 per cent of NHS employees.
