LFH Regulatory joins forces with Project Dragon to support Youth Cancer

LFH Regulatory has announced a partnership with Project Dragon, a corporate club designed to demonstrate companies’ commitment to the future of Project Youth Cancer and its vital work with teen and young adult cancer patients.

Project Dragon invites companies to become Dragons by committing regular financial support to Project Youth Cancer on a monthly or yearly basis.

This regular support enables the charity to continue funding research, hospital resources, and mental health counselling, helping young people survive and thrive during and after cancer treatment.

Project Youth Cancer’s mission is to change the way young people experience cancer.

They aim to ensure that all teenagers and young adult cancer patients and ex-patients have access to comprehensive support, including free counselling when needed.

Laura Friedl-Hirst, founder of LFH Regulatory, said: “I’m delighted to be involved and support such a worthwhile Yorkshire charity that is striving to improve treatments, environments and services for so many young people living with cancer across the UK.

“Project Youth Cancer helps young people feel supported through treatment and beyond.

“They also fund research into cancers that specifically affect young people.

“With a unique blend of support, they help young people feel less alone, less overwhelmed, and give them the strength to have some brave conversations.”

Pam Thornes, spokesperson for Project Youth Cancer, added: “Project Dragon offers great opportunities for companies and their staff to support the charity’s work and make a significant impact.

“Without the support of committed partners like LFH Regulatory, Project Youth Cancer wouldn’t be able to accomplish its critical mission.”

Several companies have already signed up to support Project Dragon, including Paxman, Pennine HR, Social Progress, Little Miss Electrical, Sovereign Wealth, Leonard Curtis, Fusion, Frank & Alex, Another Way Digital, Fitton & Co Accountants, Proud Bookkeeping, and Plasticraft Displays.

LFH Regulatory, a Yorkshire-based medical device and IVD consultancy specialising in regulatory, quality, and clinical affairs, proudly celebrates its fifth anniversary this June.

Founded in 2019 by Huddersfield-based Laura Friedl-Hirst, LFH Regulatory continues to make significant strides in the field while supporting vital causes like Project Youth Cancer.
